Announcing the inauguration of The Private Lounge and The Curator Lab: A New Platform for the Visual Arts at 529 Arts
New York, NY – 9 January 2025 – Eagle Point Properties and Art State LLC are proud to unveil The Private Lounge and The Curator Lab, two innovative spaces designed to meet the evolving needs of art professionals and its community.
Situated at 529 West 20th Street, on the second floor, these venues aim to create a versatile platform where art professionals can relax, work, meet clients, present artworks, hold exhibitions and host events with a flexibility and decorum well aligned with today’s demands.

On the same evening, The Curator Lab will open its doors to the public with an inaugural exhibition presented by the Heller Gallery titled Past/Present featuring works by renowned glass artist Toots Zynsky. The exhibition builds on the success of Zynsky’s recent retrospective held at the Newport Museum of Art, which ran from June 8 to December 1, 2024. The Heller Gallery’s opening is from 6 PM to 8PM.
